You can request changes or cancellations from this page. To help you faster, include your confirmation code, the restaurant name, and your booking date.
What should I do if I didn’t receive my confirmation?
Check your spam/promotions folders and confirm you used the correct email address. If it’s still missing, send us the restaurant name, date, and email used.
Why do I see a charge, deposit, or hold?
Some restaurants use deposits or temporary card holds to protect reservations. If you need a payment reviewed, share the receipt and the last 4 digits of the card if relevant.
How does the no-show policy work?
Each restaurant may define its own policy. If there was an issue, let us know what happened, when you arrived, and any useful supporting details.
How long does support take to respond?
